Meet Yasmine.

Yasmine has over 25 yeares of experience in the legal field. Yasmine matrictulated in 1988 and commenced her legal studies in 1990. She obtained her BA (LAW) degree at the University of the Wetern Cape in 1993 and furthered her studies at the Rand Afrikaans University where she obtained her LLB degree in 1996. She also obtained an Advnaced Diploma in Labour Law at the Rand Afrikaans University in 1999.

Yasmine started off her carreer at Van Branden Attorneys, where she completed one year of articles however due the firm relocating tot he Western Cape, she accepted a post at the Roodepoort Magistates Court as a public procsecutor between between the period 1997 – 1999.

In all matters we endeavour to recover as much of our client’s legal costs as legally possible. We are proud of our success rate in recovering legal costs from our opponents’ payable on an attorney-and-own-client scale to the obvious advantage of our clients. Commercial and non-litigious matters are billed according to an agreed hourly tariff together with any disbursements and we reiterate that all fees, including the applicable hourly tariff and disbursements will be discussed with a client during the very first opportunity which is usually the initial consultation when an instruction or mandate is received.

Existing and prospective clients are invited to discuss our firm’s different available fee structures at any time as the aforementioned structures are not exhaustive and other suitable options can be negotiated.
